Please note that programme specific requirements or restrictions may apply. 

Specific requirements are available under each programme.

Applicants to USA programmes are considered on the basis of their qualifications regardless of race, colour, gender, religion, disabilities, age or national origin.
The language of instruction is English and good command of the language, both spoken and written, is essential for student success.
The Admissions and Registration Office is responsible for responding to admission inquiries and for processing applications.

Admission Regulations

  • Admission will be granted for a specific session. Failing to join the school in that session will nullify the applicant’s rights for admission and a new application must be submitted.
  • Students’ files and documents are kept and maintained at the Admissions and Registration Office. All documents submitted in support of an application become the property of the School. Whether accepted or rejected, applicants may not reclaim any documents.
  • A student who is not able to upload their result and passport photos should present them to the Admission office upon resumption.

  • AIR TICKETING/RESERVATION (ATR)

Duration:4 Months Lectures and 3 Months Optional Industrial Attachment

Fees:#50,000 (Excluding Textbooks/materials), Fees can be paid in installment (Gradually).

Duration:2 Months Lectures. (Those who wish to borrow courses from other departments will spend between 4-7 months)

Fees:#150,000 (This fee covers Daily Morning Tea Break, Afternoon Lunch, Textbooks/Materials, Practical Trips, and Certificates), Fees can be paid in instalment (Gradually). Fees do not include NCAA license processing and medical fees.

Universal School of Aviation School Fees

Fees are dependent on the course of study, however, most course presently go for #50,000 which can be changed at any time.

Financial Aid

Newly admitted students with limited financial resources may apply for a discount of up to 10% of the tuition fee.
An applicant for financial aid must demonstrate the need for the discount. Newly admitted students must have a good grade in the last year of their secondary education. Financial aid is granted by the USA Director of Studies in each session and is valid for that particular session.

Applying for Financial Aid

Application forms are available from the School`s Admission and Registration Office. Completed application forms must be submitted, with the required supporting documents, to the Registrar by a deadline announced by the Admission and Registration Office prior to the admission starting date for the particular semester.

Supporting documentation

Documents required in support of a Financial Aid application:
  • A copy of the student`s means of identification.
  • Letter of request
  • Proof of payment of 50% of tuition fee
  • Any other supporting documents.
Sibling Discount

Families with more than one son or daughter enrolled simultaneously in the institution as full-time or part-time students are entitled to the Sibling Discount.

A 10 % discount on the tuition fees is granted when two siblings are enrolled at the school in any session. If three or more siblings are enrolled at the school in any session a 10% discount is granted on the two lower tuition fees.
The sibling that enrol in subsequent session can benefit this if the other sibling has passed through the institute before.
To avail the sibling discount, documents that would prove the relationship should be presented to the Accounts Office during registration.
